Q I Am a Homeowner, Can I Purchase Tile Directly From You?
A While we often work with homeowners, all purchases must be made through a trade professional.
If you are a homeowner interested in our products, the first step would be to reach out to us and put us in touch with your designer, builder, installer, or architect. Once they're registered in our system, we'll connect you with one of our Design Consultants. They will work alongside you and your trade professional to choose the best materials for your home, , with the final purchase being made through your trade professional. This approach ensures a seamless and professional process.

Q Why Does It Take Time to Get My Tile? Why Can’t I Take It With Me Now?
A As much as we would love to load your vehicle with tile directly from our showroom, usually our products ship directly from our vendors. Our Stocked Collection is inventoried in our Denver Warehouse and most products can be packed and ready for pickup within 24 hours. In addition, our custom products are made to order to your specifications, therefore lead times are increased for these products.

A We work with our clients in a consultative process to bring their vision to life. We work from clients floor plans and inspiration images as well as other selected finishes in order to find the right product for every project.

A Yes, we work with artisans all over the globe and will do our best to provide our clients what they are seeking.
Q What Maintenance or Cleaning Do Your Tiles Require?
A Maintenance + cleaning is highly tied to the specific product. For example stone requires different maintenance + cleaning than ceramic, etc. We can recommend cleaning products that are directly related to the specific type of tile you purchase.
